Goals
What would you like to protect as you age?
A longer life matters most when health comes with it. Choose what matters to you and explore the human research shaping that part of healthy aging.
What has actually been shown to help people live longer?
Lifespan extension in humans is the hardest outcome to prove. Most claims rest on animal studies; we show only what human research supports.
What has actually been shown to help muscle function?
Muscle strength, muscle mass and physical performance in older adults. We separate measured strength from biomarker changes.
What has human evidence for memory and cognition?
Cognitive performance, memory and neurological outcomes in humans. Animal cognition data is treated as background only.
Does anything actually improve energy or endurance in humans?
Exercise capacity, fatigue and endurance. A rise in a cellular energy molecule is not the same as feeling more energetic.
What improves blood sugar, insulin sensitivity or weight in humans?
Glucose control, insulin sensitivity, lipids and body composition measured in human trials.
What has been shown to support heart and vessel health?
Blood pressure, arterial stiffness, lipids and cardiovascular events in human studies.
What actually lowers chronic inflammation in people?
Inflammatory markers such as CRP and IL-6. Lower markers are promising but are biomarkers, not proven health outcomes.
Can anything measurably slow biological aging in humans?
Epigenetic clocks, senescent-cell markers and other aging biomarkers. These are early research tools, not proof of a longer life.
